Make your way to the Austrian spa town of Bad Radkersburg and check in to your hotel.
Maribor is a beautiful historic town on Drava with historic city centre and the oldest vine of the world (approx. 400 years – incl. entrance fee). Return to Bad Radkersburg through beautiful vineyards and little villages.
Transfer to Alsôszölnök. You cycle a loop through Hungary and Burgenland. Enjoy a marvellous scenic view from the observation platform of Gesamtsteirische Vinothek in St. Anna am Aigen (incl. voucher for 1 wine tasting), continue along the Slovenian border to Bad Radkersburg.
River Mur is the lifeline of a region, mainly depending on agriculture. She winds unspoilt through a wide plain cutting through Slovenia and Croatia. Cycle on flat roads past little villages. The final highlight is a visit of the vineyards around Gornja Radgona with fantastic views of the Mur valley
Jennersdorf is a traditional small town near the Hungarian border. You cycle through typical street villages through nature park Raabtal to Kalch in the three-country-corner, then through Volcano-country back to the hotel.

Leibnitz is a picturesque town and gateway to the South Styrian Wine Street. Visit nature park centre Grottenhof, the cycle up to monastery Seggau with breathtaking views over the river Mur plain. Downhill to the river Mur and follow shady river meadows past pumpkin fields to Bad Radkersburg.
The cycling routes are flat to slightly hilly, with short uphill stretches and gradual downhill stretches. The bike path systems in Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary are less developed. You cycle on side roads, but sometimes also on main roads with less traffic. A reasonable level of fitness is required for this tour.
